The measure of every organisation is the people who work for it. Since our creation, we have attached great importance to the issue of personnel development. We have just under a hundred employees working in the fields of distribution scheduling, transport, inventory management, accounts, finance and many more. We believe that these qualities are best achieved within an organisation by having no hierarchies and short decision-making channels. That is why Kareka insists on being a lean organisation.
