We provide around the clock supplies to production facilities from our well-stocked warehouses according to the tried and tested first-in-first-out principle (FIFO) and controlled by SAP Warehouse Management software. Our DP applications are integrated into customer ERP systems and the resulting high level of integration puts us in a position to guarantee continuous and production process relevant provisioning. We are also currently installing an SAP system in our offices to increase the speed and simplicity of process integration.
We control supply throughout the production process by means of various strategies: with automatic exchange of load carriers with the Kanban method, direct, individual or collective fetching, sequential provisioning. Now matter how fast or slow the production process runs, our just in sequence delivery in multi-shift mode takes care of supply. We control the flow of materials in such a way that we can immediately respond to volume fluctuations at any time.
To ensure that no valuable time is lost, we ensure that materials or goods are immediately available at points of need – just a turn of the hand and production carries on smoothly without a break. We know that cleanliness and tidiness on the production floor also plays an important role in the smooth running of production processes. We create enough scope for main production activities by direct disposal of packaging materials at the workplace. Our comprehensive range of services also includes the return of surpluses when models are changed. We return remainders to storage and re-register them as warehouse inventory.
