Less emissions. More of a future.

We invest exclusively in vehicles that have convincingly low emission levels. This is why all our new vehicle acquisitions are fitted with SCR-AdBlue technology (Selected Catalytic Reduction). A future-orientated exhaust gas purification technology comprising a powerful engine, an additional catalytic converter and an AdBlue tank.

SCR technology subjects exhaust emissions from diesel engines to post-emission processing. The process injects a non-toxic and odourless urea solution from an additional tank into the exhaust stream in the catalytic converter. Here, a reaction transforms the toxic and environmentally harmful oxides of nitrogen into nitrogen and water. An additional extra: the consumption of AdBlue is extremely low and requires only one litre of the urea solution for every 25 litres of diesel fuel. A standard AdBlue tank for long-distance HGVs has a capacity of 90 litres, so one filling is enough for a distance of 6,500 kilometres.

With SCR technology, we are prepared for the future – we reduce exhaust emissions while simultaneously fulfilling stringent emission regulations – and, thanks to SCR, our vehicles comply with Euro 5 standards.
